Mrs. Linda Seipel Menendez, 62

~~Mrs. Linda Seipel Menendez, age 62, of Gainesville passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at her residence, surrounded by family.

Private Services will be held.

Mrs. Menendez was born December 17, 1954 to Elizabeth Seipel and the late Leonard Seipel in Indianapolis, Indiana.  She was a member of Free Chapel Worship Center in Gainesville and was retired from the Gainesville City and Broward County School Systems, where she was a Teacher for over 30 years.  Mrs. Menendez enjoyed spending time with her 8 grandchildren and shopping.

Mrs. Menendez is survived by her husband, Anthony Menendez; 3 children; 8 grandchildren; mom, Elizabeth Seipel; and Bulldog, Bella.

I taught with Linda in First Grade for seven years at Lawrenceville Elem. She taught me so much about loving children and being a good teacher. The world will not be the same without her. I will surely miss her. You all are in my thoughts and prayers, and I'm so sorry.

So sorry to hear of Linda passing wish I had known we would have been there now she is in Heaven with my mom her Aunt Georgia and will be greatly missed here but reunighting with family there love you rest in peace .
