Mr. Ray Odell Satterfield, 83

Ray Odell Satterfield passed away on Friday May 11, 2012 at New Horizon North Nursing Home following an extended illness.

Ray was born in Cleveland, Georgia to the late Marvin & Mary Allen Satterfield. He was retired from Chicopee manufacturing company having served as a line operator, and was a member of Temple Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his sister, Eva Taylor. 

Ray is survived by his wife, Flora Lee Seabolt Satterfield, Gainesville, Daughter and Son in law, Connie and Milian Braselton, Flowery Branch, Georgia, Grandson, Andy (Sandy)Braselton, Flowery Branch, Georgia, Grand Daughter, Jodie (David) Vinson, Clayton, Great Grand children, Grace, Hope, Chloe, and Conner, aunt, Louise Allen of Gainesville.

Visitation will be Sunday 6-8 p.m. and Monday 11a.m. -2 p.m. with funeral to follow at 2 pm Monday in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. J.B. Seabolt, and Rev. Doug Gaines officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
