Mrs. Judith Bishop Hyde, 66

            Judith Bishop Hyde, age 66 of Lula, passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

            Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 3:00 pm at Airline Baptist Church with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Reverend Bradley Elliott, Reverend Boone Strickland, Reverend Neal Jones and Reverend Chris Brock will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Friday, July 6, 2012 from 2 – 4 pm and 6 – 9 pm at the funeral home.

            Mrs. Hyde was born May 20, 1946 in Decatur, Georgia to the late Harry L. Bishop and Gladys McConnell Bishop.  She was a homemaker and a member of Airline Baptist Church.  Judith was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Billy (William L.) Bishop.

            Mrs. Hyde is survived by her husband, Lawrence C. “L.C.” Hyde of Lula, sons, David A. Adams of McDonough, Georgia and Edward B. Hyde of Lula, daughter, Pamela A. Love of Locust Grove, Georgia, son-in-law, Kenneth J. Love of Locust Grove, Georgia, grandson, Joshua M. Love of Locust Grove, Georgia, sisters, Beverly Bishop Holcomb and Connie Bishop, both of Gray Court, South Carolina.
