Mrs. Clara Nell "Pat" Garmon, 58

            Clara Nell “Pat” Garmon, age 58 of Gainesville, passed away on Monday Evening, July 16, 2012 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

            Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Solid Rock Baptist Church Cemetery.  Reverend Swayne Carlan will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 19, 2012 and Friday, July 20, 2012 from 7 – 9 pm at the funeral home. 

            Mrs. Garmon was born July 17, 1953 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Alvin Coy Archer and Florence Tench Archer.  She was employed with Napa Auto Parts and was a member of Sold Rock Baptist Church. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ernest Leon Garmon, sister, Birdie Martin and brothers, James Archer, Albert Archer and George Archer.  Pat was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.  Her grandchildren were the joy of her heart and their “Nana” will never be forgotten.

            Mrs. Garmon is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Shelia & Tyrone Marshall of Hiram, Georgia, son & daughter-in-law, Jason Leon & Tosha Garmon of Gainesville, grandchildren, Damon Buffington, Thomas Marshall, Jalen Marshall and Skyler Renee Garmon, sister, Mary Doris Allison of Gainesville and brother & sister-in-law, Jack & Maxine Archer of Gainesville.
