Mrs. Clara Belle Butterworth, 85

Clara Belle Butterworth, age 85, of Main Street, Lula, Georgia, passed away Friday, November 27, 2009 at Bell Minor Nursing Facility following an extended illness.

 Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, November 29, 2009 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Wayne Hicks will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday, November 28, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Butterworth was born on February 28, 1924 to the late Ed and Cora Edmondson in Gainesville. Clara Belle attended New Haven Church since it was established. She is preceded in death by her son, Dwight Armour and her brother-in-law, Johnny Mincey.

Mrs. Butterworth is survived by her husband, James Butterworth of Lula, daughter, Dianne Mincey of Gainesville, granddaughter, Sabrina Mincey of Baltimore, Maryland, grandson, Shane Armour of Gainesville, 3 great-grandchildren, special friend, Harold Bingham, sister-in-law, Lucy Ladig of Gainesville, sister-in-law and spouse, Lounette and Dwight Ryalls of Cherokee, North Carolina.
