Mr. Barry Robert Howard, 54

            Barry Robert Howard, age 54 of Gillsville, passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at his residence following an extended illness.

            Memorial services are scheduled for Sunday, March , 2010 at 7:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 14, 2010 from 6 – 7 pm at the funeral home.

            Mr. Howard was born September 29, 1955 in Gainesville, Georgia.  Barry was retired from DOT as a supervisor of maintenance and was of the Baptist Faith.         

Mr. Howard is survived by his wife, Kerry Howard of Gillsville, daughter, Lisa Howard of Gillsville, mother, Wilma Howard of Gainesville, sister, Holly Howard of Gainesville and granddaughter, Akira Howard of Gillsville.
