Frank was my great friend and it was an honor to know and spend time with him. A friend who was kind, generous, humble, and always helpful. I've always respected him and his family. Rest in peace Officer Brackin !

Frank was friend of 35 years who had the kindest heart of anyone I have ever known. Always with a smile on his face and a jovial personality that could light up a room. Truly, a guy that would give everything he had, to help a friend. To those of us who knew him, we are better because of it. To those that had the opportunity and didn’t, your loss. Frank, you will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.
