Barbara Jane Foster Causey (1936-2024)

Barbara Jane Causey, 88, of Braselton Georgia died of renal failure on March 20, 2024.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2024 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Gary Huff will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

She was born in Atlanta Georgia in 1936 to Ralph and Eunice Foster, and enjoyed a lovely childhood with her younger sister. Barbara attended Murphy High School, where she met her husband Odell Caldwell and married in 1953. Together they had two children. She worked as a secretary throughout her adult life. 

Barbara divorced and remarried Jack Causey in 1992. They enjoyed a loving marriage of travel and retirement together. 

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Jack Causey. She is survived by her sister Jonell Gingell and her husband Bob; her children Ralph Glen Caldwell and Leigh Anne Anderson and her husband Michael; her grandchildren Jeff Caldwell and his wife Jessi, and Ami Spicer and her husband Eamonn; her great grandchildren Millie Caldwell, Annalen Spicer, and Alyse Spicer.
