I met Betty when I joined Air Line Baptist Church. She and her husband were very gracious in welcoming me. Then my husband and I visited her while she lived alone. Lovely lady. Loved her much. Sorry I couldn't attend visitation and funeral. We are in assisted living now, and I am not able to leave my husband for long periods of time. Condolences to all the family.
