Janie “Raynell” Standridge Autry of Lula entered the gates of Heaven on Sunday, June 19, 2022 at age 68, after a brave and courageous battle against cancer. She passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born on September 27, 1953, Raynell was a daughter of the late Hoyt and Hassie Standridge. Raynell loved serving the Lord at Main Street Gospel Church alongside her husband, Rev. Headly H. “Buster” Autry, Jr. She was a retired rural mail carrier for the USPS in Maysville, GA. She enjoyed working in her beautiful flower gardens. Raynell was a great cook and she & Buster loved having Sunday lunches after church with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Raynell had a special bond with her sister, Brenda. They both enjoyed their many shopping trips to Hamrick’s, going to estate sales, and serving together at the Lula Connection Food Ministry.
