Andrew David Tyner (“Andy”), of Clayton, went to his eternal home in Heaven on May 3, 2026.
Andy is survived by his mother, Janice Davis Peacock of Clayton, Georgia;his sister, Marian Lynn Tyner (“Mimi”) of Clayton, Georgia; his brothers, Joseph Peacock Fisher of Austin, Texas and Wade Tyner along with his wife Jaclyn and their children of Raleigh, North Carolina; his stepmother, Jan Tyner of Hull, Georgia; and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. As well as his daughters Holly Elizabeth Evans of Athens, Georgia and Baylie Anne Leavitt of Bogart, Georgia.
Andy was a well-known and cherished friend to many across towns and states. He was known for his kind heart, generous spirit, and willingness to help others whenever he could. Andy loved sharing stories, conversations, and laughter with those around him, and he made lasting connections everywhere he went.
He held many people close to his heart, especially his Aunt Lynn and his grandmother, Marian Peacock (“LJ”), with whom he shared a special love for birdwatching. Andy was a hardworking man with a remarkable creative talent for carpentry. He also found great joy in the outdoors, whether hunting, enjoying nature, or spending treasured time on the lake with his daughter Bailey.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Henry’s Restaurant in Clayton, Georgia.
