Betty Pauline (McClure) Jones

Mrs. Betty Pauline Jones, age 83, passed away on Wednesday January 14, 2026 at the Gardens of Gainesville. She was born to the late Clyde Elmer McClure and Pauline Dale McClure on March 22, 1942 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home at 2:00 PM. Reverend Johnny Thompson and Reverend Bobby Jones will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, January, 16, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Mrs. Jones is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Larry Jones; daughter, Rebekah Martin; brothers, Jerry McClure, Harold McClure, and Jackie McClure.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Pierce (Eddie) of Cleveland; sister, Judy Thompson (Gene) of Gainesville; grandchildren, Christina Mahan (Devan) of Gainesville, Nolan Pierce of Cleveland, Sara Nix of Blairsville; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Tate, and Sydney.
