Betty Ann (Dale) Patterson

Ms. Betty Ann Patterson, 81, of Gainesville, passed away Monday, March 20, 2023 at Stephens County Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2023 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Rod Bell will officiate. Interment will follow in Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on September 29, 1941 in Dawsonville, she was the daughter of the late Marion and Lula Dover Dale. She was a homemaker and a member of Maranatha Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Patterson was preceded in death by her lifelong partner Lonnie Dove; son, Billy Patterson and several brothers and sisters.

Ms. Patterson is survived by her son and daughter in law, Dewayne and Barbara Patterson of Chester, VA; daughter in law Nicole Patterson of Buford; grandchildren Hillary Dellinger, Tiffany Melvin, Anthony Patterson, Pauline Martinez, Danielle Patterson and Roger Patterson; great grandchildren Korryn McGrath, Christian McGrath, Nicky Melvin, Hunter Melvin, Karla Gallaga, Georgia Welch, Tyler Shackelford, Jacob Lewkowicz, Rehden Patterson, Karrsen Patterson, Mylie Patterson and a number of other loving relatives.
