Beverly Elmore Kazienko
Beverly Kazienko (nee Elmore), 77, a resident of Hoschton, GA, died peacefully on Thursday, January 15, 2026 in her home due to complications from pancreatic cancer. She was born on June 30, 1948, to the late Jasper and Carolina Elmore in Macon, GA. She is predeceased by her parents and siblings; Kathy, Janice, and Jasper Gregory (J.G.).
Survived by her husband, Charles (‘Chick’), daughter Jennifer Pine (D.W. Pine), son Craig Bell (Kazumi), stepson Charles Jr., stepdaughter, Monica Coulter (Doug); her sister Linda Lindell, brother Paul Elmore (Kaci) and her wonderful grandkids Haleigh, J.D., Cody, Miu, Ria, Trey, Tucker, Thatcher and Trinity.
Beverly started her first government job at age 19 at the Warner Robins Air Force Base in Macon, Georgia. She eventually moved to Atlanta and had various government positions with the CDC, US attorney’s office and Brook Army Medical Center in Texas. She then settled for most of her career for the General Services Administration where she went on to be the Chief of the Facilities Management Division of the Public Service Building.
She retired after 36 years of federal service. She was respected and cherished in her many roles and had fond memories of coworkers and many stories. While working full time, she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Georgia State University – a milestone that reflected her determination, intellect, and love of learning.
She was beloved wife, mom, sister, aunt, grandmother, friend, co-worker, neighbor and so much more.
She loved life – travelling, gardening, visiting family, coffee with neighbors, dancing, euchre, reading and spending time at any beach. She and Chick had a robust travel schedule, spending time with family and friends. Her Whitaker Downs neighbors went on to be the dearest of friends.
She dedicated herself to her community and anyone in need, near and far. A devout catholic, Beverly served in so many roles but her most beloved was a Saint Vincent de Paul volunteer for Prince of Peace Church.
She will remembered not only for her professional accomplishments, but for the example she set as a woman who served. She led by example on how to share your time, your resources and your talents – the very epitome of the church she breathed.
She had a great medical care and compassionate healthcare workers.
