Birtie Marie (Gaddis) Hatcher

Mrs. Birtie Marie Hatcher, age 76, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in Gainesville, Georgia.

She was born to the late Herman Gaddis and Myrtle Rider on February 5, 1950, in Gainesville, Georgia.

Funeral services will be held at Memorial Park Riverside Chapel on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 2:00 pm, with interment to follow at Dewberry Baptist Church #2 Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hatcher is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Lawton Hatcher; son, Toney M. Hatcher; granddaughter, Ashley E. Hatcher.

She is survived by her children, Lawton Hatcher, Leamuel Hatcher, Marcell (Charles) Davis; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
