Bobbie Jean Skipper

Mrs. Bobbie Jean Skipper, age 93, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 in Flowery Branch, Georgia. She was born to the late Lloyd Simmons and Sarah White Simmons on May 15, 1932 in Jefferson, Georgia.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home at 2:00 PM. Reverend Kathie Stasko will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 15, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Mrs. Skipper is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry Skipper, Sr.  brothers, Boyce Simmons and Billy Simmons.

She is survived by her daughters, Denise Murphy of Marietta, Juanita (William) Appel of Woodstock, Renee (Gary) Dailey of Lawrenceville, Tammy (Russ) Danneman of Ball Ground; son, Henry (Terry) Skipper of Flowery Branch; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
