Carole L. Greer, 83, of Hoschton, GA passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.

Mrs. Greer was born in Bellevue, PA on October 15, 1942, was a graduate of the University of Maryland and a member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority, Mrs. Greer’s passions were tennis, pickleball, playing bridge, and enjoyed sailing and traveling with her late husband, Bruce.

She was preceded in death by her husband of thirty-three years, Bruce B. Greer; her parents, Frank and Anne Swoger; and her brother, William “Bill” Swoger.

She is survived by her sister, Patricia Butler of Raleigh, NC; children, Mark (Kim) Iannacone of Jefferson, GA and Paul (Britt) Iannacone of Highlands, NC; grandchildren, Christopher (Emily) Iannacone, Kevin (Olivia) Philippart, John (Ashley) Iannacone and Michael Iannacone; one great grandchild; stepchildren, Suzan (Kirk) Lowe of Duluth, GA and Sidney (Rick) Holloway of West Plains, MO; step-grandchildren, Haley O’Day and Sophia Alsup, Zoe Lowe and Blakemore Lowe; and great step-grandchildren.
