Darlene Ogrich Golinski

Mrs. Darlene Ogrich Golinski, age 69 of Flowery Branch passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026.

Mrs. Golinski was born December 18, 1956 to the late Edward Ogrich & Mary Jones Ogrich in Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated high school in 1975. Her first job, as a teenager, was a store clerk at Zayres in Wickliffe, Ohio. She worked at a few restaurants as a waitress which she really enjoyed. It was an office job she had at Waxman Industries that transferred her to Norcross, Georgia. In Georgia was where she met the love of her life, Mike. They were married in 1979. She eventually transitioned into the school system and worked as a paraprofessional teacher with Buford City School for many years. She also worked and retired from Gwinnett County Schools as a special needs bus monitor.

She dedicated her life to Jehovah in 1985 and was a faithful member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Flowery Branch. She enjoyed being with her many friends who she called her brothers and sisters.

She loved spending time with her family. Her daughter Dawn was her pride and joy and was so proud to call Jason her son-in-law. Her eyes lit up when spoke about her granddaughters Elise and Emly. She loved them dearly and spending time with them was a treasured gift. She also had a special place in her heart for her nephew, Michael who she shared many adventures to the beach with as well as aunt/nephew dates.

Darlene is survived by her husband, Michael Golinski, daughter, Dawn (Jason) Boudreaux of Lula Ga. Granddaughters Elise and Emily Boudreaux. Brother - Ed (Linda) Ogrich of Mentor, Ohio. Sister Christine Ogrich of Lula, Ga as well as nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will be Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 4:00pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 5051 Stephens Rd. Oakwood, GA.
