Donna Lynn (Thomas) Kelley

Mrs. Donna Lynn (Thomas) Kelley, age 63, of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 pm Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Memorial Park Riverside Chapel. (Visitation only)

Donna was born April 13, 1962 in Gainesville, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Earl Thomas and Betty Sue (Barnes) Thomas. She is also preceded in death by her father-in-law, Howard Kelley.

Donna married Steve the love of her life in 1987. She was a member of Cool Spring Baptist Church. Donna graduated from North Hall High School and worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance. She also worked at 129 Salvage for over 20 years. Donna enjoyed family time with her daughter0 and grandchildren. She enjoyed special time with her dogs and goats.

She is survived by her loving husband, Steve Kelley; daughter, Kenzie Welch (Carl); grandson, Weston Welch; granddaughter, Brooklynn Welch; brother, Richard Thomas (Carolyn); sister, Susan Greenway (Fred); nieces, Sheena Patterson, Cara Whiting and Alexandra Radford; mother-in-law, Rugena Kelley; sister-in-law, Lesa Osborn, special friend Eric Waters; and a number of other family and friends also survive.
