Eugene Butler Obituary
Mr. Eugene Talmadge Butler, age 64, passed away on Sunday, August, 24, 2025 at Joe-Anne Burgin Health. He was born to the late Ben F. and Willie Mae Lawson Butler on September 30, 1960 in Barrow County, Georgia.
A funeral service will be on Sunday, August 31, 2025 at 4:00 PM in the Chapel at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Alta Vista Cemetery.
Mr. Butler is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Tony Miller, Ricky Miller, and David Butler; sister, Mindy Butler.
He is survived by his son, Dr. Gene & Karen Butler of Smith Station, AL; brothers, Adam & Mary Butler of Senca, SC and Johnny & Angie Butler of Jefferson, GA; sisters, Lynda & Gary Buffington of Gainesville, GA and Leila Covington of Athens, GA; 3 grandchildren Julie Butler, Becca Butler, and James Butler. And a special friend, Gail McCoon of Columbus, GA.
