Faythe Shonesy Coker

Mrs. Faythe Shonesy Coker, age 85, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026, in Gainesville, Georgia. She was born to the late Joe and Fran Shonesy on April 6, 1941, in Anniston, Alabama. 

Mrs. Coker is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Dawn Shonesy. 

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Ken Coker of Gainesville, GA; daughter, Kiplan Wood (Jeff) of American Fork, UT; son, Corey McIntyre (Heather) of Jefferson, GA; son, Camron McIntyre of Dawsonville, GA; daughter, Kayce “McIntyre” Cloudt (Donnie) of Loganville, GA; son, Cade McIntyre of Loganville, GA; daughter, Ashley Sullens of Jefferson, GA; daughter, Wendi Coker Montross (Mike) of Kennesaw, GA; and son, Mark Coker of Tucker, GA.
