Grace Lucille Pirkle Shadburn

Mrs. Grace Lucille Pirkle Shadburn passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025. She was born to the late Wiley Ernest Pirkle and Dora Estella Wilson Pirkle in Cobb County, Georgia on September 20, 1937.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Chris Smith will be officiating the service. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.

Mrs. Shadburn is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Glendon Shadburn; son, Wallace Shadburn; and daughter-in-law Nancy Shadburn.

She is survived by her children; Harold (Connie) Shadburn, Darryl (Lisa) Shadburn, and Douglas (Mary) Shadburn all of Talmo GA; 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren; and sister Wyolene Reed (Fred) Parker of Gainesville, GA.
