James Lamar Frankum

Mr. James Lamar Frankum,. Age  79, of Demorest Ga. passed away on Wednesday April 10, 2024 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday April 15, 2024  at Return Baptist Church.  Mr. Noah Rosser will officiate.  Interment will be in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive  friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on    Saturday April 13, 2024 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Mr. Frankum was a retired farmer and a retired school bus driver for Habersham County.  He was a member of Return Baptist Church.

Mr. Frankum was born June 18, 1944 in Clarkesville, Ga   He was the son of the late Lloyd and Lucy Eller Frankum. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Keith Frankum, daughter, Jamie Frankum, granddaughter, Jordan “Kodie” Frankum, brothers, Lloyd and Paul Frankum and a sister Verona Jones

Mr.  Frankum is survived by his wife, Jean Sutton Frankum of Demorest, daughter, Jodi Rosser of Demorest, sons, Tim Frankum of Demorest, Scott Frankum of Turnerville, brother, Doug Frankum of Clarkesville.  He is also survived by grandchildren, Noah Rosser, Breelin and Landon Reece, Nathan Wilson, Natalie Sutton, Tyler Frankum, Taylor Frankum, Jake Frankum, Tim Frankum, Brittany Frankum, Ryan Frankum and Corey Frankum.  Great Grandchildren, Chloe, Mason and Wyatt Frankum, Kinsley and Brayden Frankum, Georgia Frankum, Iris Frankum and Everlee Rosser
