James “Jim” Madison Williams, age 46, of Winder, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Piedmont Athens Hospital.

No services will be held at this time.

Mr. Williams was born March 11th 1979 to the late Simon Williams Sr. and Thelma Richardson in Statesboro, Georgia. He worked construction for Brown-Parka MillWright.

He is survived by his loving wife Peggy Sue Williams; children, Linda Ann “LuLu”, Michael James, and Aubran Rose; grandchildren, Kobe and Gianna; brother Simon Williams Jr.; and sister Dana Brooks.
