James Wilson

Mr. James Wilson, age 79, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026 in Twin City, Georgia. He was born on July 9, 1946 to the late Arthur “Cotton” B. Wilson, Jr. and Janie Louise Wilson Hughes in Chamblee, Georgia.

He was a loving father and grandfather, He was a security guard for EKG for 39 years and loved his dogs, Max and Lucky. He was a member of Living Waters Outreach Ministries. He was a friend to many.

A funeral service will be held at Living Waters Outreach Church on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 27, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home and at the church from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM. 

Mr. Wilson is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his daughter, Wendy Dunfee; son, Wesley Wilson (Lois); grandchildren, Casey Dunfee, Hannah Dunfee; great-grandson, Asher Dunfee; sisters, Dot Self, Jean Eten; and several nieces and nephews.
