Joan Lois Dukes

Mrs. Joan Lois Dukes, age 82 of Sugar Hill, passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at the Roswell Nursing & Rehab Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, May 22, 2023 at Memorial Park South Chapel with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Pastor Neil Strong will officiate. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. at Memorial Park South Funeral Home. She will lie in state in the chapel from 1:30 to 2:00 P.M.

Mrs. Dukes was born March 26, 1941 to the late Noble Kramer & Emma Kracht in Haubstadt, Indiana. She attended Sugar Hill Church.

She is survived by her husband, Shade P. Dukes of Sugar Hill, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Dawn & Todd Reece of Buford, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Shonell & Robert Sfreddo of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Tyler & Kristi Reece, Jessica & Anthony Meyer, Ashley Reece, Drew & Karen Sfreddo, and Connor Sfreddo; and great-grandchildren, Karlee Roman, Emma Meyer, Ember Reece, Adelyn Meyer, & Vincenzo Sfreddo.
