Mr. Brooks was born August 13, 1970 to Herman Junior Brooks & Lynette Turner in Jasper, Georgia.

He is survived by his mother, Lynette Smith; brothers, Thomas Smith & Daniel Brooks; sisters, Cindy Brooks DuBois & Christie Richards; and several nieces & nephews.
