Juan Manuel Yebra-Pizano

Juan Manuel Yebra-Pizano, age 26, passed away on Sunday April 26, 2026, in Gainesville, Georgia. Mr. Yebra Pizano is survived by parents, Juan Antonio Yebra and Maria De Lourdes Pizano; sisters, Carla Yebra, Karen Yebra; and brother, Joan Anthony Yebra. 

At this time his family would like to pay a tribute to him:

“Meño will always be remembered for the joy he carried and the way he shared it with everyone around him. He had a caring, attentive soul. He was someone who listened deeply, noticed everything, and showed his love in quiet but meaningful ways.

Music was one of the ways he connected with people. He knew so much about his favorite artists and always seemed to know exactly what to play depending on who he was with. With our mom, he would play the music she loved. With our dad, he would play the music he enjoyed. With each of us it was something different; because he paid attention like that.

He loved sports, growing up playing soccer and later playing basketball simply for the love of the game. But what stood out even more was how much he loved watching sports. He knew so much about soccer, basketball, boxing, and baseball. 

Meño also loved food; he enjoyed being in the kitchen with our mom, watching her and helping her with anything he could. He found joy in those moments and always appreciated what she prepared. He was always present in every moment; even when he didn’t say much, his love showed through his presence, in the way he listened, and in how much he cared about others

To us, he was the funniest brother we could have asked for. His humor was quick, effortless, and unforgettable, turning ordinary moments into memories we will carry forever. He teased us, humbled us, and loved us all at the same time.

More than anything, Meño loved his family. He always checked on us, always asked about us, and made sure we were okay. He shaped who we are, and the love we have for him will never fade.

We will always remember him for his happiness, his strength, and the light he brought into our lives. He was truly the best son and brother we could have asked for, and he will be deeply loved and missed beyond words.

A mass service will be held at St. John Paul II Catholic Mission on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Father Juan Teran will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM.  

“In honor of Juan, the family invites those attending to bring a white balloon as we come together for a special balloon release.”

Juan Manuel Yebra-Pizano, de 26 años, falleció el domingo 26 de abril de 2026 en Gainesville, Georgia. Le sobreviven sus padres, Juan Antonio Yebra y María de Lourdes Pizano; sus hermanas, Carla Yebra y Karen Yebra; y su hermano, Joan Anthony Yebra.

En este momento, su familia desea rendirle un homenaje:

“Meño, como nosotros lo llamamos, siempre será recordado por la alegría que llevaba consigo y por la forma en que la comparta con todos a su alrededor. Tenía un alma cariñosa y atenta. Era alguien que escuchaba profundamente, notaba todo y demostraba su amor de maneras silenciosas pero significativas.

La música era una de las formas en que conectaba con las personas. Sabía muchísimo sobre sus artistas favoritos y siempre parecía saber exactamente qué poner dependiendo de con quién estaba. Con nuestra mamá, ponía la musica que a mama lê gusta escuchar. Con nuestro papá, ponía la música que a papa le gusta escuchar. Con cada uno de nosotros era algo diferente—porque así de atento era.

Le encantaban los deportes; creció jugando fútbol y después disfrutaba jugar básquetbol simplemente por amor al juego. Pero lo que más destacaba era cuánto le gustaba ver deportes. Sabía mucho sobre fútbol, básquetbol, boxeo y béisbol.

A Meño también le encantaba la comida; le gustaba estar en la cocina con nuestra mamá, viéndola y ayudándole en todo lo que podía. Disfrutaba esos momentos y siempre valoraba lo que ella preparaba. Siempre estaba presente en cada momento; incluso cuando no decía mucho, su amor se reflejaba en su presencia, en cómo escuchaba y en cuánto le importaban los demás

Para nosotros, fue el hermano más divertido que podíamos haber tenido. Su sentido del humor era rápido, natural e inolvidable, convirtiendo momentos simples en recuerdos que llevaremos con nosotros para siempre. Nos molestaba, nos hacía reír y nos enseñaba al mismo tiempo, siempre con amor.

Más que nada, Meño amaba a su familia. Siempre preguntaba por nosotros, siempre estaba pendiente, y siempre se aseguraba de que estuviéramos bien. Él formó parte de quienes somos hoy, y el amor que le tenemos nunca desaparecerá.

Siempre lo recordaremos por su alegría, su fortaleza y la luz que trajo a nuestras vidas. Fue verdaderamente el mejor hijo y hermano que pudimos haber tenido, y lo amaremos y extrañaremos más de lo que las palabras pueden expresar.”

Se celebrará una misa en St. John Paul II Catholic Mission el viernes 1 de mayo de 2026 a la 1:00 PM. El Padre Juan Teran oficiará la ceremonia. El sepelio se llevará a cabo en Memorial Park Cemetery el sábado 2 de mayo de 2026 a las 12:00 PM.
