Mrs. June Carol Dowis, age 91, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 in Braselton, Georgia. She was born to the late Lee Carl Payne and Dorcas Wilkinson on October 22, 1934 in Toccoa, Georgia.
A private graveside service will be held for the family at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Dowis is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Ben Dowis of Gainesville, GA; and sons, Cary Dowis of Gainesville, GA, Perry Dowis of Braselton, GA, and Greg Dowis of Sautee, GA.
