Linda Ann Jahnke

Mrs. Linda Ann Jahnke, age 79, passed away peacefully in her residence on Thursday, March 12, 2026 in Gainesville, Georgia. She was born to the late John H. Beck and Sarah Elizabeth Shelton Beck on November 1, 1946 in Gainesville, Georgia.

A funeral service will be held in the Chapel at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Pastor Tommy Hunt will be officiating the service. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the Funeral Home on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 2:00 to 7:00 PM.

Mrs. Jahnke is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Jahnke; sister, Sandra Chapman; and brothers, J.W. Beck, Raymond Beck, and Horace Beck.

She is survived by her children, Pam (David) Martin of Gainesville, GA, Kenny (Teresa) Owen of Clarkesville, GA; grandchildren, Amber (Dave) Garrett, Nick Owen, Kelly (Danny) Loaiza, Michele Simmons; great-grandchildren, Logan Cain, Ariana Garrett, Amiyah Garrett, Kenzie Owen; sisters-in-law, Gaye Beck, Jean Beck, Linda Godfrey; and several other loving nieces and nephews.

The Jahnke family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Northeast Georgia Hospice and to the family members who provided specialized care for Linda during this time.
