Mr. Mario Rodriguez, age 78, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia. He was born to the late Virginia Flores Montoya on February 1, 1947 in Matamoros, Mexico.

A funeral mass will be held at St. John Paul II on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Father Roberto Herrera will officiate the service. The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Mr. Rodriguez is preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his sons, Ramiro Rodriguez (Maysville), Mario A. Rodriguez (Gainesville), Jose Luis Rodriguez Gainesville), Raul Rodriguez (Gainesville); daughter, Maribel Rodriguez (Gainesville); sisters, Sanjuana Rodriguez, Rita Rodriguez, Rosa Rodriguez; brother, Rolando Rodriguez; a number of grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
