Martha Ann (Hughes) Wimpey

Ms. Martha Ann Wimpey, age 82, of Winder, passed away on April 28, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 4:00pm, in the Chapel of Braselton Funeral Home.

Ms. Wimpey was born in Andrews, North Carolina on July 7, 1943, to the late Clifford Hughes and Ruby Pope.

She is survived by the father of her children, James Wimpey; son, Jonathan Wimpey; daughter, Angela Wimpey; and grandkids, Blake Ginn, Cabela Wimpey, Monroe Wimpey, Jacquelyn Wimpey and Jaiden Wimpey.
