Mrs. Mary Buffington Obituary

Mrs. Mary Lou Buffington, 88, of Gainesville, passed away Friday, November 18, 2022.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Gainesville, GA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Memorial Park Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Born on Saturday, April 28, 1934 in Cleveland, Georgia, Mrs. Buffington was the daughter of the late Clifford Wallace Allen and the late Gladys Donovan Allen. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Buffington is preceded in death by her husband Charles Buffington.

Mrs. Buffington is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Danny & Diane Gilleland, of Flowery Branch; son, Donny Gilleland, of Flowery Branch; step-daughter, Judy Eger, of Gainesville; and a host of several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great greatgrandchildren.
