Nancy Elaine (Powell) Smith

Ms. Nancy E. Smith, age 81, of Flowery Branch passed away Saturday, May 13, 2023.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 18, 2023 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 18, 2023 at College Park Cemetery.  Rev. Scott Wilson will officiate.  The family will receive friends 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Ms. Smith was born August 18, 1941 to the late Henry & Julia Powell in Atlanta.  She was a former member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and retired from the Hall Area Transit, where she was a Public Transportation Driver.

Ms. Smith is survived by her son, “Rusty” F. Paul Greathouse; and Goddaughter, Marlene Allgood.
