Pamela Todd Kuchler, known to her loved ones as Pam, passed away on January 12 2026 in Gainesville, Georgia, at the age of 77. She was born on May 23, 1948, in White Plains, New York, to the late Carelton W Todd and Marjorie Wagner Todd.
Pam is survived by her husband, Linton L Kuchler MD, her son Jason L Kuchler, daughter-in-law Kristin R Kuchler, and her sister-in-law Lisa Todd. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, and brother, Carleton "Skip" Todd II.
Pamela was a warm and loving individual, known for her creative and artistic nature. She was a very intelligent and accomplished woman, leaving a lasting impact on those she encountered. Pam's loyalty extended to her strong friendships, which she cherished dearly.
After completing her education at Darien High School in Darien, Connecticut, Pamela graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she received her degree in arts and language. Following her college years, she worked as a governess in Italy before transitioning to a career in banking and accounting. Additionally, Pam served as a Flower Show Judge for the Garden Club of Georgia, showcasing her passion for gardening and flower shows.
In her free time, Pam enjoyed indulging in various hobbies. She had a green thumb and spent countless hours tending to her garden and participating in flower shows. Pam also expressed her artistic side through oil and watercolor painting. Her adventurous spirit led her to travel the world, and she especially enjoyed snow skiing, scuba diving, and equestrian activities.
Pamela found solace and community at the Gainesville First United Methodist Church, where she worshipped. Her faith was an important aspect of her life, providing her with guidance and strength.
A memorial service to honor Pamela Todd Kuchler's life will be planned and announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Garden Club of Georgia or the First United Methodist Church of Gainesville.
