Patricia Ann "Pat" Levy (née Booth), age 90, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2026, in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Born on September 27, 1935, in Baltimore, Maryland, she lived a full and vibrant life dedicated to her family and passions.
Patricia was the beloved mother of Earl Fendall, Debbie Fendall, and Bret Fendall. She was a cherished grandmother to Michael Ciccarello and his wife Wanda Ciccarello; Ashleigh Taylor and Daniel Duren; Desirae Holloway and her husband Stephen Holloway; Brittney Accardo and her husband Vince Accardo; and Brandon Fendall and his wife Ashley Fendall.
Her legacy extended further as a proud great-grandmother to Jaiden Taylor, Jocelyn Duren, Avery Hindman, Olivia Accardo, Caleb Accardo, Savannah Fendall, Amelia Fendall, and Grant Fendall. Patricia also held a special place in the hearts of her many nieces and nephews. She was a devoted sister to John Hofmeister and his wife Emma Jean Hofmeister, Marge Hayman and her husband Jack Hayman, as well as Mary Jane Mills and her husband Jack Mills. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, John and Nancy Hofmeister; her beloved husband, Irvin Levy; her sister Marge Hayman and brother-in-law Jack Hayman; her brother-in-law Jack Mills; her son Bret Fendall; and her nephew Andrew Hofmeister.
Patricia had a passion for creating beautiful things with her hands. She loved knitting, crocheting, and quilting for her family-gifts that will continue to be treasured for generations. An active woman throughout her life, she enjoyed playing tennis and later took up golf with enthusiasm. Beyond her personal interests, Patricia remained committed to supporting causes close to her heart. She continued to contribute to the Cancer Society as part of her enduring dedication to helping others. A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many who knew her warmth and kindness, Patricia's memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched. May Patricia Ann "Pat" Levy's memory brings comfort to all who loved her.
