Penny Arlene Coley

Mrs. Penny Arlene Coley, age 53, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. She was born on April 15, 1972 to the late Mr. Horace Grizzle and Mrs. Juanita Evans Grizzle in Gainesville, GA.

The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 and Wednesday, January 7, 2026 from 6-8 P.M. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Leon Thompson and Rev. Wayne Evans will officiate the service. Interment will follow the service at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Coley is preceded in death by her father, Horace Dale Grizzle; grandparents, Boyd and Alene Grizzle, and Jesse and Rona Evans.

She is survived by her husband, Mr. Gary Coley Jr. of Gainesville, GA; mother, Mrs. Juanita Grizzle of Gainesville, GA; sons, Zachary (Natosha) Coley of Gainesville, GA, Jacob (Courtney) Coley of Gainesville, GA; brother, Timothy Grizzle of Gainesville, GA; and grandchildren, Shelby Coley, Kaila Coley, Maci Coley, Jacob Coley Jr., and Hunter Coley.

Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Drive, Gainesville, Georgia 30504 is in charge of the arrangements.
