Ralph Curtis Anderson

Mr. Ralph Curtis Anderson, 65, of Gainesville, passed away Saturday, September 2, 2023 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 6, 2023 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Griffin will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on April 13, 1958 in Gainesville, he was the son of the late Curtis Anderson and Rebecca Davidson Edge. He was employed with Kathy Anderson Trucking and of the Baptist faith.

He was a dedicated Husband, Father, Papa and dear friend to so many. Hardworking man’s man. He was loved by all and will be missed by many. From the dirt track to dump trucking, you could always count on him, to be there. He fought the good fight and he has won the race.

Mr. Anderson is survived by his wife, Kathy Kinsey Anderson of Gainesville; daughters and sons in law, Michele Anderson and Rodney Shockley, Tina and Richard Ellis; sons and daughters in law, Ralph Curtis, Jr., and Alisha Anderson, Larry and Christy Waters, James and Stephanie Holloway; 14 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives.
