Rjay Mote, of Gainesville, Georgia, born August 22, 2023, passed away on April 16, 2026.

           In his short time with us, Rjay filled every room with light and joy. He loved his dinosaurs, building with blocks, Mickey Mouse, and Bluey. Our little Dino loved nothing more than his big bubba, his big sissy, and his beloved kitty.
          Rjay was the light in a dark room and will forever remain our light. He ran straight into the arms of Jesus, his grandparents, and great-grandparents, and to all the golden rocking chairs of all the mamas in heaven. We will forever miss our baby boy. His memory and light will continue to fill our hearts until we are together again as a family.
Just know, baby boy — Mommy and Daddy love you more than we ever thought imaginable. Fly high, our beautiful angel, and keep the smiles coming in heaven until we get there.
          Rjay is survived by his father and mother, Joshua Mote and Raymi Waters Pittman; his siblings, Kyler Mote and Anastasia Mote; his grandparents, Jacob Mote, Paula Mote, and Jeff Pittman; his great-grandparents, Jim and Laura Majors; and his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his beloved puppies and kitties.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 pm on Thursday April 23, 2026, at Memorial Park Riverside Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Friday, April 24, 2026 at Chestatee Baptist Church with interment follow in the church cemetery.
