Samantha Abrams, age 40, of Clermont, GA passed into the loving arms of our Lord on April 10th, 2026, after an intense battle with a terminal illness.
Samantha was most well known as the dry-witted, full of laughter and sarcasm, manager of several boutiques and keepsake shops in Helen, GA. She is remembered as a kind and generous woman who always had a smile and a kind word for anyone who needed it. She was involved in the community of Helen and knew the locals well.
Before her tenure as a shop manager, she worked at Northeast Georgia Hospital as an emergency room phlebotomist. There, she was always the one called upon for the patients who needed the most love and delicate care. She had a way of soothing even the unruliest of people. She often said that working these jobs prepared her for working during Octoberfest.
She will be remembered for how fiercely she loved and protected her family and how proud she was of her sons, who were her whole world.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Woodson, her sons James Woodson and Ryan Woodson, her parents Steve and Kim Abrams, and her siblings Kevin Abrams, Daniel Abrams, and Rebecca Abrams.
Celebration of Life services will be announced at a later date.
