Mr. Shane Darron Rider, age 57, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, in Gillsville, Georgia. He was born to William Rider and the late Faye Gibbs Bowen on April 20, 1969, in Gainesville, Georgia.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 1, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Mr. Rider is preceded in death by his mother, Faye Gibbs Bowen.
He is survived by his father, William Rider of Gillsville; brother, Anthony Rider (Lisa) of Gillsville; sisters, Laura Dean (Johnny) of Gainesville, Joy Daniels of Gillsville; stepbrothers, Charles Motes of Jefferson. and Shannon Motes of Jefferson.
