Sherry Norris

Mrs. Sherry Norris, age 59, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026, in Flowery Branch, Georgia. She was born to the late Bud and Ellen Chapman on January 5, 1967, in Gainesville, Georgia.

A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Reverend Wayne Norris will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Norris is preceded in death by her parents and late husband, Harry Norris.

 She is survived by her daughter, Katie Norris McGuire (Sean) of Flowery Branch; son, Chris Norris of Cleveland; grandchildren, Ada McGuire, John McGuire; sisters, Sharon Allsion of Gainesville, and Shelia Flemming of Gainesville.
