Sherry Lynn (Sanders) Williams

Mrs. Sherry Lynn Williams, 55, of Alto, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024 in Athens, GA.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2024 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Born on May 3, 1968 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of Martha Perkins and the late Douglas Sanders. Mrs. Williams was a graduate of Johnson High School class of 1988. She was an Insurance Agent.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her grandparents, her father and uncles.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, Timmy Williams of Dahlonega; mother, Martha Jane Perkins of Gainesville and brother, Trent Sanders (Cindy) of Gainesville and other aunts & cousins, in-laws and friends.
