William Edward Fuller

William Edward Fuller, age 76, of Gainesville, Georgia; a proud veteran of the Army, passed away on May 30, 2023.

The son of the late Alice and Edgar Fuller, William grew up in south Jersey. He was born January 16, 1947, in Somers Point, New Jersey.

At the age of 18, William enlisted in the Army. He valued this service highly and attained the rank of E5. As part of his service in Vietnam, he received various medals/honors.

William is survived by his wife Barbara, his sister Barbara Kinsey, Brother-in law Charles Kinsey, nephews Kenny and Chuck Kinsey, niece Karen Ziegler, her daughter Kirsten Ziegler, and son Arthur Ziegler.

 William was a great guy and a wonderful husband to his wife Barbara for 43 years. Also a great father to many, many super furry babies. Most of his career was as a master carpenter, and he loved a time when he taught younger people his craft. He and Barbara loved to travel. Cruising and visiting Alaska were his favorites. He will be sorely missed.

A service honoring the life of William E Fuller will be held at Memorial Park Riverside Chapel, Gainesville, GA, on Monday, June 5, 2023. The viewing will be held 11-1 pm. The military burial will be held on June 6, 2023 at 2 pm. Location is Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday, June 5, 2023 at Memorial Park Riverside Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
