William "Bryan" Ballard, Jr.

Mr. William “Bryan” Ballard, Jr., age 46, of Cleveland, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, surrounded by his loving family and friends.

Bryan was a devoted Christian who lived his faith through kindness, generosity, and love for others. He was known for his warm heart, sharp wit, and joyful spirit. Bryan enjoyed watching sports- especially soccer- traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his laughter, compassion, and the way he made others feel valued and loved.

He is survived by his mother, Wanda Kay Norton of Gainesville, GA; his father, William Bryan Ballard, and his wife Mairlyn Ballard of Hiawassee, GA; sister, Katie Davidson and her husband Ryan of Gainesville, GA; and their daughters, Sarah and Sally Davidson; brothers, Baynes Norton and his wife Paran of Clemson, SC; and Darrin Bryson and his wife Robin of Clermont, GA, and their children Avery and Abigail.

Visitation will be held from 1;00 pm to 3:00 pm., followed by the funeral service at 3:00 pm at Memorial park Riverside Chapel, 989 Riverside Drive.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in Bryan’s name to Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center, 2150 Limestone Parkway, Suite 222, Gainesville, GA 30501.

Bryan will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family, friends, and all who were blessed to know him.
